1. Cookies and similar technologies
This policy applies to playthemap.com and Play The Map, a service operated by VIRTUAL ART VFX & 3D, S.L., Spanish tax ID B98930902, registered address at Av. Pianista Martínez Carrasco, 4, door 20, 46026 Valencia (Spain). Contact admin@playthemap.com with any question.
A cookie is a small file stored by a website in the browser. Play The Map may also use localStorage, sessionStorage and Cache Storage. They are not cookies but similar rules apply when they store or read information on a device.
Technical cookies enable sign-in, a requested preference, fraud prevention or a security flow. Non-essential storage requires prior information and consent.

HttpOnly prevents page scripts from reading the cookie. Session and administration cookies are sent only over HTTPS in production.

4. Service measurement
Play The Map records minimal functional events on its own server, such as searches, filters, map opens and video interaction. This does not add an analytics cookie, track people across sites or create advertising audiences and is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Optional Android-promotion conversion measurement is enabled only when localStorage contains an allow preference. It can be allowed or withdrawn below. Refusal does not restrict the service.
5. Third-party services
Public pages currently load no third-party advertising or analytics cookies. Choosing “Continue with Google” temporarily takes the person to Google's domain, where Google's own policy applies. External stores and links apply their own policies.
Any future non-essential category will be added to this inventory and blocked pending a valid choice.
6. Managing and deleting data
Use the panel on this page to change optional measurement. Browser settings can clear cookies and storage. Removing ptm_session requires sign-in again; removing ptm_guest_videos clears the local record, although limited IP abuse controls may remain for the period described in the Privacy Policy.
Blocking all cookies may prevent sign-in, Google access, municipality selection and other strictly necessary features.
7. Consent standard
Where consent is required, accept and reject are presented at the same level; inactivity and continued browsing are not acceptance. Withdrawal is as easy as granting consent. A new choice may be requested when purposes or third parties change and, as good practice, before 24 months.
